Pancho’s Burritos started on the streets of Mexico City in 2006 by Mexican chef Enrique Martinez. In 2009 Enrique decided to bring the taste of Mexico to England.
As in Mexico City, he started out in the UK selling his food on the streets and catering for parties and music festivals. At one of these festivals he met German born Klaus Bohne who absolutely loved the concept and the food. One week later Enrique and Klaus went into partnership and Pancho’s Burritos UK was born.
Mexican chef Enrique Martinez has years of experience using the cooking techniques and regional flavours of Mexico. He keeps it real using recipes passed on to him by family in Mexico City to inspire the food he produces. Nobody is more passionate about Mexican food, you can taste his passion in every dish. Using traditional herbs and spices of Mexico and the finest quality fresh ingredients sourced locally, Enrique transforms our menu into a colourful explosion of flavour.
Tortilla wraps are traditional Mexican dishes made with a variety of spices and fillings. The most popular are burritos and fajitas, but there are many other dishes. At Pancho’s Burritos we serve the most popular varieties all home made by our chef Enrique using only fresh ingredients and authentic Mexican herbs and spices. We are fully aware that some people choose not to eat meat or dairy products. We have therefore provided a vegetarian or vegan option with most of our Mexican meals, without losing the original Mexican flavour, texture and style.
