Pancho’s Burritos are now looking for multiple units in all major UK cities. High footfall locations, A3 planning use and an alcohol licence are essential requirements for us to trade. Finance has been secured for our expansion plans.

Enrique is the Mexican spirit behind the concept of Pancho’s Burritos. Born in Mexico City, he has been involved and running catering operations and restaurants, both in Mexico and the UK, for most of his working life. His passion for real Mexican food is rivalled only by his talent for organisation and the natural ability to run restaurants and other catering outlets.
Enrique is in charge of all aspects of running the restaurants, dealing with staff and menu development.
Klaus is the other driving force behind Pancho’s Burritos.
A trained merchant banker, he has been self employed for over 35 years and has been in charge of several successful UK businesses, including a 120 seater restaurant.
Klaus is in charge of the expansion of the company, general operational matters and most financial aspects.
Neal is responsible for coordinating the branding and interior design of the Pancho’s Burritos units and is also responsible for all commercial transactions and leasing.
Neal has extensive experience of small, medium and large scale mixed use developments, particularly with design team coordination, leases and commercial negotiations.
